Performs all confirmation calls and
surveys.

Duties:

Attend
all required training
classes prescribed by
Team Leader or
Educational Coordinator.

Provides all design
services for clientèle
(ex. Hair cuts, styles,
etc.).

Consults with client to
suggest appropriate
methods to care for
hair.

Promotes retail sales to
the clientèle.

Contribute to the growth
and productivity of the
salon.

Set a
positive example for all
new Designers and other
team members.

Act in
the role of mentor for
new staff members when
needed.

Must
maintain current
clientèle while
continuing to build.

Contribute to the growth
and artistic standards
of the educational team.
