OUR VALUES

Teamwork - We will communicate with and help all our co-worker. We will promote the other departments of the salon and be accountable for the salon and be accountable for the effects our actions and behaviors has on other team members.

Customer Service - We will go the extra mile to see that each clients expectations are met. We will educate our clients on all services and products.  We will create a positive experience for each client

Communication - We will be respective and listen.  We will deal with issues one on one rather than with other co-workers.  We will make time to communicate.

Respect - We will treat each other with the same degree of courtesy we extend to our customers.  We will be respectful of personalities different than our own.  We will be sympathetic, honest, and dedicated to those we work with

OUR MISSION

To provide excellence in beauty, wellness and fashion, far exceeding our customers' expectations, while maintaining an environment where you can be the best you can be.

As living beings, we are in a constant state of flux, striving for equilibrium and balance each day. At Aveda and Naturally Salon and Day Spa, our goal is to design treatments based on relieving your stress and imbalances, using high-touch techniques.  By using the wisdom of nature and it's life force of plants, flowers and minerals to create our products, we ultimately link the individual human eco-system to the greater universal eco-system.
