Hawaii.
Shannon
believes in
building
relationships
with his
clients from
consultation
to finishing
to create a
personalized

Prior to
that,
Shannon
worked for
MAC, and was
"MAC
Certified"
on all
levels.

Shannon has

freelance
ventures
from special
occasions,
fashion
shows,
photography,

painting,
art and
